We have a group of four heading to the parks next month and we were able to start planning for them at their sixty day mark. If you’ve ever done planning yourself you know that even with that early window there is never a guarantee that you will get all of the attractions that you want, let alone the times that you’d like. Well, we were able to do just that for this family and the last piece of the puzzle just fell into place.

There is no magic to our approach. We use the same strategies as everyone else. Look for the toughest rides first, likely at the end of the vacation and then work forward. Fill the gaps in with the easier finds. Where we excel, however, is in relentless pursuit. We will use the entire sixty days to fill out your schedule if that’s what is needed. We aren’t just going to wing it for 30 minutes at 7:00 am at the start of your window. If it takes two months to find the perfect time for Slinky Dog Dash, then that’s what we’ll do (and in fact, pretty much what we did).

Our clients dream schedule for their four days was morning bookings. They wanted their first FastPass+ to be between 9:00 and 9:30 am. We booked all of their rides in their preferred order within 40 minutes of the requested time. Here are some of the highlights:

Day 1:

  • 11:15 – Frozen Ever After (2)
  • 11:30 – Test Track (2)

Day 2:

  • 9:10 – Space Mountain (2)
  • 10:20 – Seven Dwarfs Mine Train (2)
  • 10:20 – Splash Mountain (2)
  • 11:25 – Peter Pan’s Flight (2)

Day 3:

  • 9:00 – Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster (4)
  • 11:05 – Toy Story Mania (2)
  • 11:10 – Slinky Dog Dash (2)

Day 4:

  • 9:10 – Na’vi River Journey (2)
  • 9:40 – Avatar Flight of Passage (2)

If you aren’t satisfied with your current plan, send us a message and we will do everything in our power to get you the rides AND times you want.
