Dear Smugglers Run,

I wanted to take a moment today to let you know that I’m extremely sorry about the initial reaction I had to you. After having some time to think about our first few encounters, I’m having a change of heart. You’re queue is truly beautiful: from 360 degree views of the full scale Millennium Falcon, to the life-like Hondo Ohnaka animatronic in the pre-show to the emotion evoking-waiting area aboard the Falcon complete with Dejarik (holo chess) board. These are all incredible and alone worth experiencing what you have to offer.

It is not your fault that Galaxy’s Edge opened without your sister attraction. That put a lot of unwarranted expectations upon you. My review of you was full of criticisms that were unjustified. Those who ride you do, in fact, have an effect on the overall outcome (score) on their run. Pushing buttons as engineer and gunner do add more to the experience that other rides like Mission: Space. I complained that you were the same ride every time, which not only isn’t true, but also hypocritical of someone who enjoyed riding Slinky Dog Dash twice that day.

So please believe me when I tell you, it’s me, not you. Perhaps I had my mind set that I wasn’t going to like you before we even met. That wasn’t fair and I hope that you can find it in your heart to forgive me. I hope that my travels will find me back on Batuu soon and that you will let bygones be bygones. I know that our next flight together will be one for the ages and enjoyed by all.

Deepest apologies and sincerest gratitude,
– Mousekepros Concierge
